As a pioneering founder of Seashells Hospitality Group and one of the driving forces behind Nautica Properties, Paul’s leadership and innovative vision have helped set new benchmarks for quality, lifestyle accommodation and premium property services across the region.

Paul’s journey began in tourism and hospitality, where his commitment to industry improvement and collaboration led him to champion major projects throughout Western Australia, the South Pacific, and Asia. His hands-on approach and trademark optimism have been instrumental in creating and managing iconic brands such as Seashells and Nautica, expanding their presence along Western Australia’s coastline and earning a reputation as some of the state’s most forward-thinking operators.

A passionate advocate for industry growth and innovation, Paul has held key roles in more than a dozen tourism and business organisations, including a tenure as Chairman of the Tourism Council of Western Australia. There, he drove initiatives that amplified Aboriginal tourism and secured increased funding support for regional operators—efforts that were recognised with the prestigious Sir David Brand medal for Tourism in 2015.

Paul now also leads Nautica Properties, overseeing project marketing, successful residential and investment sales and lifestyle opportunities both locally and internationally. Paul had previously partnered with Century 21 where he forged lasting relationships with investors and developers across Australia, Asia, and Europe, building a powerful network and robust marketing database.
